Anna Mastryukova is currently in her first year of the Master’s of Science in Social Work from the Steve Hicks School of Social Work at The University of Texas at Austin. She is a Social Worker Intern at the Travis County Health and Human Services, Family Support Service division. Her professional interests include increasing access to mental health care as well as working with individuals who have experienced trauma. In her role as Graduate Research Assistant, Anna is a part of the Institute for Military and Veteran Family Wellness where she supports the REACH study, and she is also part of the staff of the Moritz Center of Societal Impact where she works to eliminate barriers to intra-institute collaboration.
Prior to beginning her path in social work, Anna worked as a management consultant at Bain & Company, and in various Strategic Operations roles at Papier, Resilience Lab and Walmart Marketplace. Anna received her Bachelor of Arts in Mathematics from Georgetown University and her Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Columbia University.
